As she traveled from one pony to another, offering her wedding day gift of life, Libra found herself appearing before a pony that she did not expect to see.
In the infinite empty space between her Mortal Universe and the realm beyond, she appeared with a soft flare of light before a bedraggled-looking blue stallion. He had a blond mane and tail, and his cutie mark was an hourglass.
Facing him was an equally bedraggled-looking thestral. Mortis's child seemed ready to pounce on the blue pony, but clearly checked itself when Libra appe

The faces he was seeing, the burning ache deep inside his...his everything where the Valeyard had been...it was a bit much. Well, in a sense this whole scenario was completely impossible. Okay, so I'd just met the Doc. And I'd just found out about this time-traveling thing, which was totally unfair if you ask me. I mean, I know Mom remembered a lot of stuff about the ponies-turned-foals, and she really hates talking about that stuff. And until today, I didn't question it because I thought it was all bad stuff – and who wants to hear all that depressing junk about ponies hating themselves?
But this? This is a freaking huge deal! Yesterday we were waking up at home. Today? We're waking up a thousand years in the p

I ended up flipping a coin. Bit ridiculous as far as decision making goes, coin-flipping. If you're going to base your next action on a random toss, why choose a coin? Anypony with talent in slight-of-hoof can meddle with the results. But I suppose it's kind of refreshing when you can say 'the coin told me to do this' and really mean it.
Once I had my result, I trotted into the TARDIS and entered flight. We didn't go anywhere in time for this hop, just in space. When I popped my head out the door, it was to see a startled yellow pegasu

Of course, it wasn't as simple as singing a song to get things done. First, everypony needed a good night's sleep. The next day, there were four important things that the ponies in Ponyville had to accomplish. The first was to find the piece of the Rainbow of Light hidden in Celebration Castle: even though he spent almost all his time there, Spike had no idea where in the castle it was.
The second and third things the ponies had to do were very similar to the first: they had do decide who was going to visit Unicornia and who was going to visit Butter

Ponies running through the streets of Ponyville was never anything strange. Sometimes the urge to run was just a fun thing to be enjoyed, and sometimes ponies only wanted to get somewhere quickly. But the urgency that Puzzlemint, Tome Heart, Toola-Roola, and Fiesta Spice were putting into their hoofsteps made everypony they passed take a second glance.
Celebration Castle rose like a glittering pink mountain in the middle of town. Not that anypony would ever say that the castle did anything like loom over Ponyville: it simply was the big, cheerful cen

Hi there! Care for some flowers? We have lilies, daisies, and roses of course. Or can I interest ya'll in some petunias? They're very refreshing after a hard day's work. Still got a few buttercups left too, if'n you like something sweet instead.
Who am I? I'm Roseluck, pleased to meet you! My best friends are Daisy and Lily, but as ya'll can seen they're not working today – not here in the market, I mean. Can't hardly say that gardening ain't work! We're just one little market stall, can't hardly put your hooves up for a day

Outside, the coming dawn was barely a twinkle in the moon's eye. But in one shop, the lights were already on as a perky pink pony was clattering around and preparing for the day. Happily humming as she worked, she measured out cups of flour from different bags. All-purpose didn't always mean all purpose: you needed wheat and cake flour too. Then there was the sugar, the salt, the eggs, the water, the vegetable oil, the milk, and the butter...one bowl had yeast, with some warm water and just a pinch of sugar to get it started.

Whelp...I'm mostly a writer, to be honest. I'll put up a few Paint projects occasionally, but my main interests are fanfiction and some vague attempts at completing Nanowrimo (Current record is 0-5)!
I used to post on FF.net. You've probably seen me there as Oracle Five. Either way, I hope you like my work...um...if you're into what I write, I guess.
